Apologies if this has been asked before, but does tongkat ali have any effect on thyroid? I remember seeing this somewhere but after searching I couldn’t find it... any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Tongkat ali is considered an adaptogen, and can help the body cope with stress. So it modulates stress hormones, but doesn't directly affect the thyroid.
