The issue right now is the MK-7. We thought it might be an issue with our assay methods, as we were getting 0.6% instead of the NLT spec of 1%. So we got more samples in and ran those alongside a retest of our QC batch. Well the new sample came in at a little over 1%, and the retest of the QC sample came in at 0.6% again. So the methods are not the issue. The problem is the new sample is from the same manufacturer batch as our QC sample... So we are trying to figure out if it possibly degraded after we sampled it, or if the shipment degraded on its way to us. Two samples from the same manufacturer batch should come in the same assay number. So if one comes in less, something has to have degraded in shipping. This is why it is hard for me to estimate timelines. If everything had tested well, we would be in the process of entabulating it soon. Now we have to do all this extra lab work and investigations.
