Is there a particular reason/some science behind why we take 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules two hours before sleep with Magtein?

I am not trying to argue or anything.
Magnesium L-threonate has been amazing for me. But at night, I feel that it pumps me up a wee bit too much. Sometimes I sleep at 8 or 9 pm and wake up at 3:30 am (lucid/somehow rested, funnily enough, but feel a bit lacking in sleep).
I was wondering, can I take 1 in the morning, 1 at noon, and 1 at night? Why the specific regimen as the title says? Can I take the latter two capsules in the afternoon?
I plan to take Magnesium Glycinate in the evenings instead (if possible) to help meet Magnesium targets and have deeper/better sleep (as it is advertised to do).
What are your thoughts?
Thank you very much!

What do you think sir? Should I stick to the dosing suggestion?

You can dose however you like. It's not one that requires a super strict dosing schedule. Some take it once in the AM or PM. Some spread it out. I would just take one in the AM, one midday, then magnesium glycinate at night.
