Removing magnesium stearate from capsules?

I've purchased piracetam capsules when powder became unavailable. From estimates they have something like 100-150mg magnesium stearate, which I'd like to remove for many reasons (potential harm + reduction of absorption)
Is there a reliable way to do so? I've noticed part of the powder foams on top when mixing with water. I suppose this is mostly the magnesium stearate, is that enough or is there some more reliable procedure?

Right. So if I understand you correctly, it's a bit like saying glucose is bad because some cancer cells feed on glucose?

In a simplistic sense, yes. In fact, that is a thing. High sugar diets do seem to help some cancers progress faster. That doesn't mean we make Youtube videos saying: "Does sugar cause cancer?" Our bodies are complicated, and the mechanisms behind disease are complex. Titles like that get clicks, which is why people use them. However, we should be careful not to paint with too large a brush.
