Do you guys have any new comprehensive stacks in the works at Natrium? I was specifically curious about whether you ever thought about making a testosterone boosting comprehensive stack.
Edit: fixed typo

Completely understandable, that's the hardest place hit for most companies. I was in R&D and I still got let go. Hard times for people unfortunately. If you weren't in az I would actually consider moving closer to to to get in at some level, but the heats a no go for me hahaha.

Yeah, it's pretty bad out there at the moment. I know a bunch of people that have been laid off or had their salaries reduced. There's a ton of people moving as well. It's very region-specific, though. There have been mass exoduses from certain cities, and then those people are moving to other areas. I know LA, San Fran, New York, Boston, etc. are all having people flee like crazy. No reason to pay insane rent when you can work remote. So tons of people have been moving to Phoenix for lower cost of living. That's driving prices of houses here through the roof, and creating strange issues with the labor market. The main issue for us is that the people we are looking for are specialized. We need people that have experience with encapsulation machines, coating machines, formulation and mixing, etc. Those are people in hot demand right now, because the supplement industry is booming. So we either have to get lucky, or we have to poach people from other supplement companies. Fulfillment is less specialized, so I am not sure why we are having issues there. It's been a challenging year to say the least.
I totally understand about not wanting to deal with the heat. I was born here, so I am used to it. However, it's pretty brutal. This year was our hottest summer on record, and it was not even close. We smashed the previous record for days over 110 degrees, and are probably going to do it for days over 100 degrees as well. Luckily I just moved into a new neighborhood that has tons of trees and grass. I have like eight 60ft tall trees, and a bunch of smaller ones. It's much different than my old neighborhood that was all desert landscape right off the mountain. It's like 10 degrees cooler here in this new neighborhood, and the heat island effect is not as bad because of all the trees and grass. It actually cools down at night! LOL. It stayed hot as shit at my old place.
