Do you guys have any new comprehensive stacks in the works at Natrium? I was specifically curious about whether you ever thought about making a testosterone boosting comprehensive stack.
Edit: fixed typo

Finding good production workers in general is hard. I was the only R&D person as well as production person for the first two years that I worked for that company. And the second year we made close to 10 million dollars through sales. It's not that we didn't try to hire people, it's that everyone that we hired didn't give a shit about their job. They get into the lab and would Shadow and be taught over the period of a month. And as soon as they didn't have supervision right there they would turn around and change things and fuck it all up. I feel your pain, and I wish you the best of luck!
Personally if I can start a business again I'm going to try to find the people I want to work for it and then just move them all to a small town with me. Therefore I can pay them more than we would make in a large city, and the living situation is cheaper.
Even living in Portland where if you go 10 minutes outside of the city it's nothing but trees, you see how much of a difference that makes. I recently bought a Step Van to attempt to convert into a home , and while I was out at the place buying it I noticed that it was 15 degrees cooler than it was in town. I was trying to stall so that I didn't have to come home. I think our bodies crave nature.

Finding good people is the hardest part of running a business. Not only do they need to be competent, but they need to resonate with your mission. If they are not onboard with your goals, and excited to be a part of making them a reality, they will never care enough to put their whole effort into it. So you don't just have to find good people. You have to inspire them to care enough to want to be a part of it.
