Anyone out there taking black hoof consistently? Curious what effects (if any noticeable) that you’re seeing?
Has always seemed like a really interesting one but haven’t got around to trying it yet. Hispolon (a main bioactive in it) has a growing amount of research behind it for various applications including cancer and viruses (anti viral activity against flu confirmed, yet to be tested on the other virus on people’s minds - see Aug 2020 study below).

Also seems to have endurance benefits so may pair well with Cordyceps.

I was just looking into the cordyceps regular vs 10:1, just struggling to see the cost benefit of the 10:1. If we’re talking cordycepin, ND only states the 10:1 is at least 0.3% while the regular is at least 0.2%. Maybe this has been discussed somewhere but why not just take double the regular? It already come in capsules that are 2x the dosage at a lower cost.
But back on the topic of black hoof did you ever use it preworkout? Just like the idea of something physically performance enhancing while also helping the gut/immune system.

Cordycepin is not the main active ingredient. We did some testing of it. We personally took pure cordycepin, along with extracts that had 6% cordycepin, and we felt very little from it. We list it on there as a reference, but cordycepin content is not really correlated with the subjective effects. The 10:1 is very different than the 1:1. Almost everyone universally loves the 10:1 way more.
