I would personally avoid piperine in that instance. I actually suggest avoiding inhibiting CYP enzymes at all these days. Focus just on addressing the hydroxyl radicals with antioxidants instead.
Long-term tolerance is a tough one. We still don't fully understand all the mechanisms at play.

I honestly would limit redosing. Just do before and after. The during stuff just complicates things. Before and after will be just fine.
