Was the shrinkband intact? If so, it is fine. There is a massive shortage of induction seals right now. We just cannot get the normal Lift N'Peel liners. The manufacturer is completely backlogged because of COVID-19. So we have shifted to other seals, and some bottles might now have any. I assume this was a large capsule bottle? If so, many of those caps do not currently have seals. We are trying to work through the supply chain issues, but shit is crazy right now. If you notice small differences here and there with seals, caps, bottles, etc., that's normal. Some bottles might be white for a bit. Some bottles might have a different seal. It's just the supply chain being massively fucked because of COVID-19 at the moment.
