Had same thing with me for ALCAR.
I figured as long as outer seal was intact I was using them but emailed ND customer service anyway.
Great ND customer service quickly responded and confirmed that as long as outer seal was ok it was fine.
So glad I found these guys!

Was the shrinkband intact? If so, it is fine. There is a massive shortage of induction seals right now. We just cannot get the normal Lift N'Peel liners. The manufacturer is completely backlogged because of COVID-19. So
