Why not include a scoop inside powder supplements?

oh. i thought those tweezers were to transfer crystals or other such substances easier, oops haha. thanks for the info as always! btw unrelated, but i have been having chronic headaches for a month after starting a stack and it seems the culprit is TAU. I have stopped taking it atm and headaches have gone away, is this due to lack of choline? (headaches get worse when smoking a cigarette - acetylcholine effects or something?)

You certainly could use it to transfer larger crystals, but it is meant for handling the calibration weight to prevent oils from affecting it over time.
The most common side effect with uridine supplementation is mild headache. So that is common. One thing that we have found that helps is CoQ10. I actually just linked the study on another thread, in fact.
