u/misteryouaresodumb do you recommend taking Polygala orally or sublingually? Also, would the recommended dosage be lower if someone were to take it sublingually?

Some people swear by taking polygala sublingually. For some the effects are much more pronounced with that dosing method. However, for me personally, I take it orally. The people that do take it sublingually seem to stay around the 100mg dose, though.

What were the suggestions for? You can certainly order the powder. It's just more work for dosing, but if you are okay with that then the powder is cheaper.

That standard dosing protocol for our polygala is 100mg 3x per day. I've found that polygala goes well with panax ginseng, cordyceps, and shilajit.
