No question about it. I've taken every form of magnesium through the last 7-8 years If my ADHD memory serves me correctly lol... and micromag is the only form I have actually ever felt.
The feeling is hard to explain, other than it is like I just took magnesium and my brain and body feel more relaxed, if you will. And I certainly hope you will and perhaps do 👀

It's great, isn't it? You are far from the only person that has told me that, too. Micromag is the best magnesium you can get right now. If you want to rapidly increase magnesium, that's the way to go. Those damn Italians got it right!
