Piracetam situation? (125g jars back in stock)

I just saw an email saying that piracetam powder is back in stock. Currently the 125g jars are up but not larger sizes. Another vendor got back in stock on piracetam powder on July 24. I'm not currently planning to restock on piracetam, I've got plenty (from a previous ND order). I'm just wondering what's the supply situation right now.

Why is a place like NDepot having trouble with supply? Don't they make their own supplies in the US?

There are no synthesis labs making piracetam in the US. All piracetam comes from outside of the US, which means it has to pass customs. That's where the issue is.
