Piracetam situation? (125g jars back in stock)

I just saw an email saying that piracetam powder is back in stock. Currently the 125g jars are up but not larger sizes. Another vendor got back in stock on piracetam powder on July 24. I'm not currently planning to restock on piracetam, I've got plenty (from a previous ND order). I'm just wondering what's the supply situation right now.

What they were answering

So far the crackdown is only on Piracetam? How do you see this playing out for the other racetams on the order of years? I recently bought the advanced sampler and would like to get more types/amounts in the future and likely bulk for long term storage, but obviously want to experiment and sample first.

Just piracetam. They do this occasionally. The last time was in 2014. They freaked out about piracetam, seized shipments, banned certain people, then forgot about it for another 5 years. They might forget about it again. The manner in which the shipments are being stopped is not following the proper legal process, either. They keep saying that it is violating FDA guidelines, but refuse to cite the guidelines for us. We keep pressing them to provide their statutory justification for it, and they have just stopped responding to us. We said that we are fully committed to fulfilling our obligations under the law, but we need them to cite their legal justification so that we can actually comply. Just show us what statute we are violating! It feels like they are just stalling until we give up. If the FDA thought they had legal justification to compel us to cease sales of piracetam, they would assert those against us. They do it all the time for all sorts of things. As it stands, they are just telling the CBP to hold shipments because "it doesn't meet FDA guidelines." Those guidelines, along with their statutory justification, have remained completely unspecified throughout the whole process. The issue is that CBP has broad authority at the border. So they can hold things for whatever reason they want, and we would have to sue them in federal court to challenge it. They know this, so they stall and ghost people to get them to give up. You can rest assured, if they had actual legal justification they would seize and destroy the shipment. There would be no wishy washy BS. They would send a certified letter citing the exact statute that was violated, and tell us our shipment was seized and destroyed. That's not what is happening, though.

We are in the process of doing our own synths in the EU right now, and are going to be using that as a springboard for building a synthesis lab here in the US. So I am hoping that sometime in the not-too-distant future we will be synthesizing certain things inside the US to avoid customs issues and control the process more. That broad mandate at the border makes things difficult. If you can avoid having things pass the border, then it makes it easier. Either something is banned, or it isn't. Either a statute is violated, or it was not. If they officially ban something, and do that through the proper legal process, obviously we will comply. Just cite your statutory justification for doing so, and we will have our legal team assess it. The main issue is all the shithead vendors out there blatantly violating the guidelines. That's what set all this shit off. It's the fuckheads trying to just make money and flagrantly breaking the rules that cause all these issues. If everyone followed the rules for labeling and marketing, there would not have been a study on the use of an unapproved new drug in dietary supplements. Without the study that was published last year, there would not have been a push by the FDA to stop shipments. As always, it's the bad actors in the industry that ruin it for everyone.

I got an email notifying me ND piracetam back in stock. I just checked and appears to already be sold out. Anyone know when they will have again? Thanks.

That's honestly probably the fastest anything has sold out on our site ever. Even I didn't expect that. We are working on more, but it is yet to be seen if it will be successful. If it is, I am hoping it will only be a f
