Every single phenibut in the world is racemic. Every. Single. One. Yes, even Noofen is racemic. Nobody is selling R-phenibut. I've tested just about anything you can think of. All racemic. How you test it is with a polarimeter. We have one in our lab. It's how we make sure our theanine is L-theanine as well. It tests the optical rotation of the molecule by how it bends light.

Haha, such a first world problem! Golf tournament anxiety. You could also try adding in L-theanine or valarian root. Adaptogens like ashwagandha would help too, and would have less side effects than phenibut.
