I worked on the extraction, chemical isolation and structural analysis of E. Longifolia constituents for quite some time, and when you get to the quassinoid-rich fractions (and there are a lot of them), I had to wash my face and beard deeply before eating meals because if the aerosolized solvent distributed even tiny amounts near my mouth it ruined the taste of food. I eventually shaved all facial hair to help deal with this issue. These beautifully complex compounds are considered among the most bitter compounds known to occur in nature. >https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quassin<

That's cool! Yes, it's the most bitter thing I have ever had. I suppose other things are more "gross" tasting. However, nothing assaults the senses like the more potent tongkat ali extract. It's literally like a taste assault. You can taste it in the air if the powder fluffs up. It's why I decided to not sell the more potent extract in powder. Coated tablets only!
