Some doubts about Ashwagandha

Hi guys,
I’m considering starting a trial with ashwgandha (KSM-66) for handling mild anxiety, worrying and overthinking/rumination. I hope it helps also with focus and brain fog issues.
However I have two concerns:
1. I’ve seen some experiences of people getting gyno after extended usage. Is it a real risk?
I’ve taken bloodworks and except for low Vit D and luteinizing hormone (LH), the other hormones are in range.
In order to prevent this potential side effect should I stack ash with an anti-aromatase and/or P-5-P, to prevent prolactin or estrogen raises?
2. Somebody reported that got lack of motivation and/or anhedonia after extended usage. Have you ever experienced this side effect?
I’m considering adding also polygala and black seed oil later on, since the former should help with mood and focus, the latter with hay fever and modulation of the immune response (I have an autoimmune disease).
Do you see any potential bad interaction with ashwagandha?
Thanks for your help, as always!

Thanks, I have GERD myself (and sleep pattern issues) so that study really caught my attention. Now I'm curious whether he first tried 3mg to no effect or went straight for the highest strength available. As well as any side effects.

He went straight to 10mg. He doesn't get the side effect from melatonin like others do, though. So many people might need to go lower.
