Relief for back pain
Original post in this thread

I messaged /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb and just remembered there is this subreddit.
My Father had back surgery about 5 years ago. He had a titanium rod put into his back. He is always talking about his pain. He will take a Vicodin when it gets bad but that’s only a few times a month. I was able to get him some Tramadol online and he loves it. He takes it about 2 times a week. He said it helps him sleep amazingly.
I see on NootropicsDepot there are different stacks for pain. The intermediate and the advanced have different options. I figured the Advanced would just have 1 or 2 more on top of the ones that were in the intermediate stack. What should I order to have to help him with his back pain? Are there things better for the type of pain my dad has? I really want to do whatever I can to help alleviate it as much as I can. I hate seeing him like that. I’ll order both stacks and have him take all of it if it will help. I just want to get him relief.

We did our beginner, intermediate, or advanced stacks as standalone individual stacks. That's why they are not just the same things with one more thing added to them at each level higher. We wanted to give people a more thoughtful stack at each level.
What I have found that works best for pain is palmitoylethanolamide, Longvida, agmatine, nigella sativa, and then actually emoxypine succinate and Pomella. Those last two most people don't talk about, but they are very good for inflammation. A good magnesium is always helpful, too. I pretty much only use our Micromag now. That's a good stack for pain support. Obviously it is not going to be like an opioid, but you don't always want that. If you can prevent the inflammation from flaring up the pain, you don't need that strong of an actual pain blocker to cope with it.
