I accidentally left my bottle in my trunk, damn. It has been about 90 degrees with 70% humidity. Although the bottle was covered by other stuff. Think it’s ruined?

Aniracetam has a melting point of 121-122*C (around 250*F). I doubt you got that hot in the car. You should be fine.
