What is Chocamine? How does it compare to just eating high % dark chocolate?

I think there’s a few different names/spellings for it out there, but agreed evidence def isn’t overwhelming, just interesting given the use in lieu of NSAIDs.

Ahh, it does have evidence for inflammation support and COX inhibition. However, my main issue is uric acid buildup in the joints. It's not inflammation for me. It's literally uric acid crystals that form in my joints! The crystals then rub and cut the soft tissue. It's no fun. It did not start happening till maybe a year ago. It is a common thing as you get out of your 20s. Alcohol can cause uric acid to build up and crystallize in your joints after drinking. Preventing the uric acid buildup is the best way to combat it.
