Obviously most of us know everyone’s microbiome is very different but curious what people think NDs most widely beneficial products for gut health are? One of the yeast products? Immune support? Something less known?
What they were answering

Mostly just mentioned because of this, https://www.google.ca/amp/s/neurosciencenews.com/microbiome-pomegranate-ibd-10519/amp/ , but I think they’re are quite a few studies implying a potentially positive effect from pomegranate on the microbiome.

That's cool! So it tightens epithelial cell junctions in the gut. That definitely could be useful. They are mostly talking about urolithin-a. Pomella is standardized to punicalagins, which are different than urolithin-a. It contains it, but I can get higher urolithin-a from other extracts, or purely synthesized.
