Is their any way to not have free samples shipped with your order? Trying to avoid any issues with customs

My parcel just arrived. I didn’t have to pay any duties which was surprising. Last time I overnighted a parcel from liftmode the order was 60$ and I had to pay 180$ in shipping and duties and my parcel was held in customs for 6 days. They offered me an 8% off coupon on my next order I never used it as that’s when I switched to ND. Thank you again ND!
