My wife uses high dose piracetam to help control muscle spasm and twitching. We've been getting it from Nootropics Depot for years, but they're apparently not selling it much longer. (https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comments/gse1ng/1kg\_piracetam\_in\_stock\_date/fs4mhlz/)

Anyone know of a reliable source with a hopefully not too different price?

No, just piracetam. However, things can change fast. The government is doing whatever it wants right now, regardless of legality.
