It's likely a customs delay. That's unfortunately common right now. Did you write our support email with the details to look into it? You can PM me the details, too. I will look into it as well.

Very good! Customs can be quick sometime, and other times they can be super slow. I wish they gave more updates, though. Just a little "still awaiting clearance by customs" or something like that.
