I paid $80 CAD for guaranteed 3 to 5 day international shipping. Today is day 7 and I still don't have my package. What should I do?

Just want to jump in here and say I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for my order where other international orders have come through with minimal delay
After some discussions with the team at ND, they are going to re-ship the order which is fantastic! Their customer service is great
Just hoping they don’t use the same postage (USPS) as my order is going to take nearly 3 months or more in total to receive it which even under these circumstances is a tad ridiculous

USPS has been horrible the last few months! What is your order number? I will see what they are reshipping with.
