Bacopa right dosage

Dosage and potency from studies are all over the place. 55% allegedly is 300mg, pure powder is 1200 mg and supposed to be 10% .. ND says 55% is only 10% really.. what dosage then..the reason being is planning to buy your new extract, ty

Thanks for that info. I know alot of supplements esp from China, India etc. have heavy metals. I'm esp concerned about Cordyceps & various mushrooms in addition to bacopa and mucuna so I try to use sparingly but may defeat the purpose. Is there an inexpensive way to test these things?

ICP-MS is the best way. Those are $250,000 machines. So not really a cheap way. Your vendors have to be testing every batch. It's not something that can fall to consumers. This is why the companies you buy from matter. I would bet money you have been getting a lot of lead from that bacopa. Bacopa is one you don't screw around with, since it loves to accumulate lead from the water it is growing by.
