Panax vs Ginseng

Hello good people of this group. Im planing on buying few things from ND and my only struggle is deciding what to take between Panax Ginseng and Rhodiola Rosa. Can somebody explain me main diferences between those to since it seems to me they are very much alike. What im mostly intrested is memory, congnition, mood and some stimulation. They can feel alike to some, but they are definitely different. Then it gets even more complex when you try comparting the ginseng leaf, root, and GS15-4 to rhodiola rosea standardized to rosavin, rhodiola rosea standardized to salidroside, and rhodiola crenulata.
