Which is the best adaptogen for anxiety, confidence, mood and overall energy among ginseng GS15-4, cordyceps and tongkat ali?

Thanks

How do you think of the 3% ros rhodiola in relation to these 3? I find it’s often brought up in similar context. I sort of think of it as the Swiss Army knife of adaptogens, does a bit of everything, probably most similar to Panamax imo, but more stimulating (not as crazy stimulating as the 3% salidroside though).

I think you’ve mentioned stacking rhodiola with Panamax before - Do ever do any other stacks of these 4?

It's actually really nice. I think PanaMAX is stronger from a calming perspective, but the 3% rosavins rhodiola is also similar in effect. Like you said, it's just a bit more stimulating. I usually add something else stimulating to PanaMAX to get the balanced effects that I am looking for.

I have stacked PanaMAX, cordyceps, tongkat, and rhodiola before. I think maybe that combo is a bit too edgy, at least with caffeine in the mix. Cordyceps can do that sometimes. I find that cordyceps is best when you have a physical outlet for all that energy. If you are just sitting around it can make things a bit too much on edge. If you are working out or doing something physical it is great.

Tongkat Ali feels like modafinil to me (question of timing)

Replying to TheGermanGuy21 · >However, you should probably start with the 2% and see how you like it first. Copy that. I noticed the capsules are only about 1$ cheaper per month than the powder. Why is there

The powder is cheaper than the capsules... Are you sure you are calculating it right? 60ct capsules at 200mg is 12 grams. $20/12 is $1.66/g. 15g powder is $23. $23/15 is $1.53/g. So the powder is cheaper per gram than th

Without knowing any more, I would say it is bullshit. You can't have 71 ingredients in a single product and have them all be intelligently formulated and dosed properly. Brands often do this as a marketing tactic. We cal
