Agmatine capsule content dissolves almost instantly in water, amazing. While l-Theanine caps does not

As title suggest i have received my Agmatine capsules 250mg and since i do not like to swallow capsules i open the capsule and mix it with water.

I noticed almost instantly when i drop the capsule contents into water it dissolved automatically without any stirring needed and almost instantly it becomes one with the water ( lol )

However my l-theanine capsules wont dissolve. Almost creates a foamy type of texture on the top like im mixing (Calcium carbonate).

My question is, are you using different filler ingredients for them or is this simply the nature of the substances.

That's normal. Agmatine sulfate is a salt, and is way more water soluble than L-theanine at room temperature. Remember, even caffeine is not very soluble at room temp. You need to heat the water up for it to dissolve. The same goes for L-theanine. When you make green tea, the water has to be hot. That's so the caffeine and L-theanine can dissolve in the water. If you use a salt of caffeine, like caffeine citrate, that makes it much more water soluble at room temp. However, anhydrous caffeine acts very similar to normal L-theanine.

L-Theanine capsules dosage too high

I don't disagree. I often find them too high for myself as well, unless I am taking a strong stimulant. This is why I more often use our 200mg caffeine/100mg L-theanine. However, that's not ideal for those that don't wan
