We only have the sizes offered on the site. We do production runs of 100-1,000 units at at time. We would not be able to make small amounts of non-standard sizes.

Not unless you gargle it or hold it there for a while. If you swallow quickly, you will be fine. The issue comes if you try to take it sublingually. Do NOT do that. That's when it can cause issues.
