Depends on the order size and if they flag it for inspection. If Canada would just sign the USMCA it would be $0 duties on orders $150 or less. However, they have refused to sign it so far. Not that I blame them. Trump hasn't exactly been diplomatic with them.

Not unless you gargle it or hold it there for a while. If you swallow quickly, you will be fine. The issue comes if you try to take it sublingually. Do NOT do that. That's when it can cause issues.
