What’s the difference between the bacognize and this one? Is the new one simply just better? In terms of cognitive enhancement.

Sorry, one more thing, when you say “more potent”, I can easily imagine the sedative effect of bacopa being more potent but does it also apply to the memory enhancement aspect?

Potency references the amount you need to take for a given effect. Efficacy is more to do with the strength of the effect itself. So our bacopa is more potent than Bacognize, but that does not mean it is necessarily more effective. If it takes 100mg to reach X level of enhancement for one, and 50mg to reach the same X level of enhancement for another, that one is double as potent. That does not mean taking 100mg of the second will give you 2X the enhancement, though. Perhaps taking the same amount of a double potency extract only gives 20% better effects. It just depends. Potency and efficacy are not directly correlated.
