What’s the difference between the bacognize and this one? Is the new one simply just better? In terms of cognitive enhancement.

It has double the bacopasides as Bacognize. So you are getting twice the amount of actives per mg. The ratios are very similar to Bacognize, though. So they will just be more potent of effects, not completely different ones.
