Yes, magnesium readily passes the BBB. So as long as you get your plasma levels high, it will reach the brain.

I take our Micromag. One capsule and that's all you need. Plus, I don't have to get any of the effects of the threonic acid, which does seem like it has some slight rebound effects that I have not figured out yet.

Not really, as there are way too many glucose transporters to overwhelm. They do absorb through the same pathway, though.

Yes, the biggest benefit of Microzinc, other than better bioavailability, is no GI upset. That's a common effect that many people report, even ones that always get bad stomach upset from other zinc forms.

Correct, it does not compete with copper. It should work sublingually, but I have not personally tried it.
