I take our Micromag. One capsule and that's all you need. Plus, I don't have to get any of the effects of the threonic acid, which does seem like it has some slight rebound effects that I have not figured out yet.

Yes, the biggest benefit of Microzinc, other than better bioavailability, is no GI upset. That's a common effect that many people report, even ones that always get bad stomach upset from other zinc forms.

Correct, it does not compete with copper. It should work sublingually, but I have not personally tried it.

You certainly can. I take them on an empty stomach. They should absorb well that way.
