Synapsa vs new bacopa extract and countering the demotivational effects

Hi. I've been taking ND's Synapsa in the morning for a few months now. I find that it's calming and helps with focus in addition to the memory effects--all of which I'm really enjoying--but I've noticed the reduction in motivation that many people talk about. I've tried cordyceps 10:1, Panamax, and the sublingual tyrosol extract to combat this, but cordyceps has been inconsistent (more useful for workouts than intellectual work), Panamax has had quickly diminishing returns and negatively affects my sleep (after 2-3 days its effects are greatly diminished, so I have to cycle it frequently), and tyrosol has only been somewhat helpful. Tyrosine/NALT makes me pretty anxious, so that hasn't helped either.

I was wondering what people's experiences with the new bacopa extract have been like in terms of memory/mood/focus and if the demotivational effects persist throughout the day when it's taken at night as I've seen recommended.

I'd also appreciate recommendations on how to improve motivation while still taking Synapsa (or the new bacopa if that leads to similar issues). FWIW, I regularly exercise, eat well, take D3 & K2, and am working on getting consistent sleep (something the new b…
