First off, I want to thank you for the time you've given me in the past when I had asked you questions via PM.

I finally bit the bullet back in December and ordered myself a large box of products from your company as a christmas gift to myself. I have been super impressed with my experimentation thus far.

After doing lots of lurking and seeing your posts here and in the nootropics reddit, I have also been impressed with your candid and open responses to others questions.

I am curious however, what is your own stack or go to products? I get the impression you've probably used a lot of the products you sell for yourself. What do you use and why? What are your favorite products?

You talk about US vendors and just the one Canadian source. But I take it all other Canadian sources are the same then? Not worth the money?

If there is a legit one, I have yet to find it. Whether something is worth it or not depends on what you decide.
Testing peptides is HARD! You gotta think about it. These are larger molecules made up of amino acids bound to by peptide bonds. So they are complex and delicate. You need to get really creative in the lab to properly test them without destroying them. Even just a slight difference in pH or buffer content in your sample prep can totally fuck an assay up. Amino acids containing aromatic side chains, like tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine, have good UV-light absorbance. Others do not, so often times you need to use a mass spec detector or get creative by binding fluorescent dyes to some of the sidechains to get them to show up. Sometimes you need to use ion exchange columns instead of the usual C18, or go normal-phase instead of the more common reverse-phase. Then there is pre-column derivatization with something like phenylisothiocyanate, 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl chloride, or 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl carbamate so you can use a reverse-phase column with a multi-wavelength fluorescence detector. It's not easy chemistry. Just look at the structure of CJC-1295 and compare it to something like caffeine. The complexity is nuts!
