Shipping with standard mail to EUROPE

So I ordered my package on the 7th of December and it has been about three weeks since it shipped, the Last update on Tracking was that the package is en route to the shipping center and that was on the 9th of December. I am just wondering if any of you had the experience with shipping to Europe and how much does it usually take the package to arrive?

I ordered the package to Croatia, if that helps.
