Shipping with standard mail to EUROPE

So I ordered my package on the 7th of December and it has been about three weeks since it shipped, the Last update on Tracking was that the package is en route to the shipping center and that was on the 9th of December. I am just wondering if any of you had the experience with shipping to Europe and how much does it usually take the package to arrive?
I ordered the package to Croatia, if that helps.

Standard shipping to Croatia generally takes 10-20 days. Customs clearance is what makes it longer or shorter. Sometimes Croatian customs clears it quickly, and other times they take their sweet time. Sometimes it gets there in 5-10 days.
That being said, you were the only one in Croatia to order on December 7th, so I looked up your tracking. I would imagine we should have seen more of an update by now. I am having my team look into it further. Perhaps DHL misplaced the package.
