Shipping with standard mail to EUROPE

So I ordered my package on the 7th of December and it has been about three weeks since it shipped, the Last update on Tracking was that the package is en route to the shipping center and that was on the 9th of December. I am just wondering if any of you had the experience with shipping to Europe and how much does it usually take the package to arrive?
I ordered the package to Croatia, if that helps.

My last order #748103 was shipped on 23. november and arrived yesterday, there where orders wich took even longer and one was stuck at customs and never arrived.
ND dispatch time is insanely fast but like you mentioned shipping and particularly cusoms was always a real hassle for me.

Yeah, so that was 13 days. If customs doesn't present any issues, that's about average for Austria. It's just that Austrian customs can be a pain sometimes. We are still looking for a way to streamline EU customs clearance, while also being cost effective.
