Ashwagandha extract withanolides composition

Is there data available on composition of ND ashawagandha extract ( not ksm or sensoril)
E.g. Withanolide A, Withaferin A, Withanoside IV etc.

Although i have no idea what concentration will be oral consumption, but dont think its likely to reach anything near this values

Interesting study. You are right, I would imagine it would take a ridiculously high dose to reach the 10 micromolar concentration in blood used in that study. The below study used between 72mg and 216mg of withaferin A, and found it to be safe. That's like taking 7 grams of our extract.

It looks like the concentration of withaferin A in blood was below the detection limit of 50 ng/mL in that study, which converted to micromoloar would be about 0.10. So that's much lower than the 10 micromolar in the RBC study.
