Question about sleep support

Do the gabaergic herbal supplements in sleep support down regulate gaba receptors?
I feel like this is a really important and overlooked question. I'm quite young, around 20, and am into noots b/c of a previous tbi. Curcumin and nac have been great for pain, (I want to try black seed oil, any other suggestions? (Fish oil isnt great and instead of cbd I plan on smoking hemp)), but I want my sleep to also be amazing and restorative as I think I've really lost that in the past couple of years since the tbi.
Will I be damaging my gaba receptors long term by using sleep support?

Post tbi. Been seeing a concussion therapist for a long time, often times 3x/week for several hours a day. He also believes trying to tackle systemic inflammation is a great idea, and one that can eventually lead to overcoming the issues.
For the record, most of my headaches, afaik, stem from overstimulation. I dont wake up with them.
There is also a weird connection with my sinuses, which is part of why NAC is so useful for me. As my headaches get worse, it becomes harder and harder to breath through my nose. I've spent a lot of time on it, but I believe this to be effect, that also just ends up worsening the headache. Blowing my nose doesn't help, there's nothing to come out, just a weird pressure on my sinuses that makes me feel really plugged up.

Sounds like sinus pressure is a big factor. Obviously I am not your doctor, but I would probably try a few things.
* Black seed extract
* Palmitoylethanolamide
* Longvida
* Emoxypine succinate
* CoQSol-CF
