Question about sleep support

Do the gabaergic herbal supplements in sleep support down regulate gaba receptors?
I feel like this is a really important and overlooked question. I'm quite young, around 20, and am into noots b/c of a previous tbi. Curcumin and nac have been great for pain, (I want to try black seed oil, any other suggestions? (Fish oil isnt great and instead of cbd I plan on smoking hemp)), but I want my sleep to also be amazing and restorative as I think I've really lost that in the past couple of years since the tbi.
Will I be damaging my gaba receptors long term by using sleep support?

Thanks. Any other suggestions for chronic headaches?

I'd get to the root cause of the headaches first. No sense masking the symptoms when you don't know the cause. Generally pain is a useful signal from your body about something being wrong. If we just mask it, we might be letting that damage cause more problems for us in the end. I would suggest seeing a doctor to perform some tests before trying to tackle it yourself.
