I struggle with night terrors, my sleep doctor told me that I get too less deep sleep and put me on Circadin (melatonin depot). The question is, can Sleep Support from ND help me (in theory)? I'm Not asking for professional advice here.

I knew that melatonin increased dream intensity, but didn't realize the nightmare part. I actually had my first sleep paralysis 2 nights ago after taking 10mg of melatonin.
I have since come to the realization that more = better, does not apply to melatonin.

Yep, melatonin is notorious for causing bad dreams. If you are prone to night terrors or sleep paralysis, then melatonin can set them off. Also, 10mg is a MASSIVE dose of melatonin. 300mcg is the ideal dose. Anything over that and you are likely putting yourself over 200pg/ML, which is the saturation point of your melatonin receptors.
