Best form of curcumin

Looks like ND has carried longvida for quite some time, and as a lover of longvida for Chronic headaches, I'm not complaining at all. However, I stumbled upon hydrocurc , which looks to have pretty amazing bioavailability in comparison to other curcumin forms.

One huge benefit of longvida is the longer half life, would it be the same with hydrocurc?

u/misteryouaresodumb \- late to the party/post, I know, but could you expand on these two new curcumin products? I haven't had any long term effects with Longvida or some of the other formulas, but I still think there's a lot of promise. Just waiting for the right formula!
