Best form of curcumin
Original post in this thread

Looks like ND has carried longvida for quite some time, and as a lover of longvida for Chronic headaches, I'm not complaining at all. However, I stumbled upon hydrocurc , which looks to have pretty amazing bioavailability in comparison to other curcumin forms.
One huge benefit of longvida is the longer half life, would it be the same with hydrocurc?
Thoughts?

"Best" is always a hard thing to answer. I will say I have never heard of that HydroCurc, and I cannot find any of the studies they are supposedly using to give those numbers. They also have the Longvida AUC numbers way lower than they actually are. I don't trust them at first glance.
There are some other cool curcumin products we are working on, though. We are probably going to bring out at least two more.
