Best form of curcumin

Looks like ND has carried longvida for quite some time, and as a lover of longvida for Chronic headaches, I'm not complaining at all. However, I stumbled upon hydrocurc , which looks to have pretty amazing bioavailability in comparison to other curcumin forms.
One huge benefit of longvida is the longer half life, would it be the same with hydrocurc?
Thoughts?

I've been checking ND's and Natrium's website daily for months too lol. I hope they have a lot of stock ready when they release their sleep stack cause I feel like if there's one common thing that many people seek improvement in through supplements, it's sleep.

We put a lot of time and planning into our supply chain these days to avoid running out of stock on anything. If we run out of stock on Sleep Support, that would be because we underestimated demand by like 10X. LOL
