Alcohol defense to stop drinking?
Original post in this thread

From the description, it looks like dihydromyricetin in Alcohol Defense binds to gabaa receptors. Would this stack be useful to actually stop, or discourage habitual drinking if taken daily and not just to mitigate effects of acute drinking? I’m not battling crazy withdrawal or anything dangerous, just wondering if this would help behaviorally.
Thanks!

Very cool. Will give it a try and perhaps report back. I’m currently trying black seed oil extract from ND due to its Gabaa effects, but Alcohol Defense sounds like it may be even better suited for the job.

Black seed extract works well, too. We actually got surprised by our Immune Defense stack, which has black seed extract. Multiple people have reported that Immune Defense sobers them up and makes them not want alcohol, which is not something we even really considered with it. LOL.
