Shelf Life Of ND Nootropics

I came across a handful of open nootropics like racetams from ND that I thought were lost during my move. I’ve noticed bloating on some capsules but others seem I believe okay.
They got to be atleast 6 months old some newer and other bottles look even older possibly near a year.
Do you think it’s okay taking these? I’m wanna make sure I’m not taking it if it’s lost its use.

Most things are very very stable, as long as they are in reasonable environmental conditions. What sort of temperature and humidity was it in?
